This mahogany door was built for one of our dealers, Woodworks Unlimited in Pasadena, California, for a home in Pasadena in 1988. In 2003, we were contacted by a homeowner in Kansas City, Kansas, who was remodeling her recently purchased home. She wished to replace the sidelight beside her entry door, and informed us that the oak branch had become a major design feature throughout the home. We can only surmise that the owner of the home in Pasadena loved their door so much that they moved it to Kansas City along with their furniture!
